We meet at the property, assess the existing conditions, and confirm the full project scope with you and your architect or designer. Every structural, mechanical, and aesthetic decision is identified before any estimate is written.
Phase 02
Material Selection & Lead Time Lock
Every cabinet, stone slab, appliance, fixture, and hardware pull is confirmed in a written specification document. Lead times are locked before demolition begins. No surprises arrive with the cabinetry truck.
Phase 03
Demolition & Rough Construction
Demolition, structural adjustments, and all rough MEP work are completed in a protected, staged sequence that minimises disruption to the rest of your home. Weekly photo updates keep you informed without requiring you to be on-site.
Phase 04
Fit, Finish & Completion Walkthrough
Cabinetry installation, stone fabrication, appliance integration, and all finish work are executed against the original specification. We do not consider the project complete until every detail matches the document you approved.

We coordinate directly with your appliance supplier on delivery windows, manage the receipt, and integrate every unit against the precise mechanical rough-in specifications we established at the start of the project. Brand warranty documentation is included in your handover packet.
