We come to you, walk the space, and discuss feasibility, timeline, and approximate investment ranges. Typically 90 minutes.

Begin Your RequestIs the consultation really complimentary, with no obligation?
Yes. The site visit, the feasibility discussion, and the written proposal are provided at no charge. If you choose not to move forward after receiving the proposal, that's the end of the conversation — and we mean that.
What if I don't yet have plans or an architect?
That's common, and welcome. Many of our projects begin before plans exist. Your director can recommend trusted architects we've worked with, or guide you through our in-house design process.
Is my information kept private?
Always. Your details are reviewed only by the assigned director and our office. We do not sell, rent, or share contact information. We do not subscribe you to a marketing list without your explicit opt-in.
How quickly can a project actually start?
For our calendar to align with yours, most projects break ground 2–6 months after the consultation. Urgent timelines can sometimes be accommodated — we'll be honest about feasibility on the call.
