JMR Construction was founded on a single conviction: that New York’s most ambitious residential projects deserve a builder who treats every decision as permanent. Not a contractor managing volume — a principal managing outcomes.

We deliberately chose not to become what most construction firms become: large, distributed, and diluted. We do not run dozens of concurrent projects under junior oversight. We do not race to the lowest bid or substitute materials when schedules tighten. Those are the choices that produce the horror stories. We made different ones.

Today, the majority of our work comes from clients who have worked with us before — or from direct introductions by people who have. That ratio is not a coincidence. It is fifteen years of the same decision, made over and over: protect the project, even when it would have been easier not to.

Over fifteen years leading projects across New York and the Greater NYC metropolitan region, she has built that system. It has produced over 350 completed projects — the majority delivered on schedule, within agreed scope, and to clients who returned for the next one.

Mira personally reviews every project specification before ground breaks and remains a direct point of contact for every client throughout construction. Not as a courtesy — as a standard.
